In Voornes Duin, near Hellevoetsluis on the South Holland island of Voorne-Putten, there are two identical homes: Meerman and Pad. The 1,400-hectare Voornes Duin consists of an alternating dune area with two large dune lakes and multiple small pools, marshes, large forest areas with an abundance of shrubs, dune grasslands, and wet dune valleys. The inner edge of the dunes is home to estate forests with stinzen plants. Spot little egrets or one of the many Dutch breeding birds that nest here. And in the morning when opening the curtains, there is a good chance of seeing roe deer grazing in the back garden. There is also plenty of fun here for children: go out with a forest ranger, search for small aquatic animals, or hunt for bats. The location near the beach makes Meerman a wonderful place for lovers of the beach and water activities, such as kite surfing.

The four-person Meerman holiday home has a cosy living room with a dining room and open kitchen. Both bedrooms each have 2 single beds. For the little ones, there is a camping cot. The bathroom has a shower and there is a separate toilet. Outside, the garden has a covered terrace where you can lounge in luxury on the sofa. Sustainable materials and modern techniques were chosen when building this holiday home. As a result, Meerman has as small an environmental footprint as possible.
